PASOE instance not showing in PDSOE

Hi !

After installing a new developer desktop, we faced the following issue :

One of PASOE instances is not showing PSDOE. There is no way to choose it from the server list via "New Server" pop-up.

Restarting Admin Server and Eclipse has no effect.

The instance, is running and Openedge Explorer shows no problem with tha specific instance.

OE version is 11.7.4, running on windows.

Are there parameters or property files to check to solve this issue ?

    If you have a newly created PAS for Openedge instance that is not showing up in PDS for OpenEdge and assuming the PAS for OpenEdge instance is NOT in production mode,

    look at knowledgebase article 000096664.  Let us know if that helps.

  • Maybe you are connected to another OE Explorer in PDSOE? From a previous version, for example.

    Check the Connection Profile: Window > Preferences > Progress OpenEdge > Server > OpenEdge Explorer Connections > Edit > Test Connection button and then click Create servers & Finish button.

    The production mode seems to be the default setting. We have to take care of this parameter when creating a new instance.
