For the latest release of the DataDirect on-premise ODBC & JDBC drivers and OpenAccess SDK, Progress DataDirect will support the use of these products on any new versions of existing supported platforms (which include operating systems, JDKs, .NET frameworks), and any new versions of supported data sources, the day those products are officially released GA by their respective vendors. 

Customers can report and file defects for issues encountered using these new versions and Progress DataDirect will issue fixes in accordance with our current support policies.

This policy does not include supporting any new functionality included with the new platform or data source release.  New functionality will be considered based on customer feedback and incorporated into future releases of the DataDirect products as part of our product roadmap.

Support for new platforms, data sources and functionality which DataDirect does not currently support should be posted as an IDEA on the Progress Community for consideration in future releases.
