Cannot Log Case

  • Sorry for the misguided post, but I can't create a support case because the new case webform is blocking the submission because certain fields (which are all populated) are required.

    Help!

  • I'd suggest calling into the support team if you haven't already.  They'll be able to create the case for you, and should be able to assist you with filing cases online as well.  You can find an appropriate phone number from the link below:

    Sorry to ask but did you try opening a case via the Community or directly from SupportLink which is the support portal? I'm just wondering as youy may have seen through this thread you also have the option to open a case with support as shown in the screenshot below. Basically for community users under support, when you have created a Community thread then we offer you the option to open the thread as a ticket with our Support team.

  • Support Case 00293969 has been created and will contact Darwin directly to get this issue sorted out.
