The following information regarding Progress Software Corporation’s maintenance windows is provided for planning purposes only and is subject to change at Progress Software Corporation’s sole discretion. This information applies only to Progress Software Corporation’s DataDirect Cloud Service.

There are two types of maintenance for the DataDirectCloud service:
  • Monthly Maintenance: Monthly Maintenance is used to release new functionality and/or perform system and application patching. The Monthly Maintenance window is scheduled for the first Thursday of each month between 9pm-11pm Eastern Time.
  • Emergency Maintenance: Emergency Maintenance is used to address critical issues with the DataDirect Cloud Service such as security patching. Emergency Maintenance is conducted on an as-needed basis and may occur at any time. Whenever possible, Progress Software Corporation  will endeavor to provide 2 hours advance notice of any Emergency Maintenance by posting the Emergency Maintenance requirement on the Progress Communities site at http://communities.progress.com/pcom/community/psdn/datadirectdatacloud.


During either Monthly Maintenance or Emergency Maintenance, the DataDirect Cloud Service may become unavailable or operate at a degraded state.
