OpenEdge Authentication Gateway fails to install with message: "Missing Archive: oagcmn"

Installing the OEAG fails with error: "Missing Archive: oagcmn"
Using a specific download from ESD for OpenEdge PAS for ProdAS (PROGRESS_OE_[ver]_[os]_PPRODAS)

Since OpenEdge 11.7, the OpenEdge PAS for ProdAS download bundle contains both the Production Progress Application Server and OpenEdge Authentication Gateway.

This is expected behavior.  The PPRODAS install bunde was used to install independent PASOE PROD and OEAG licenses which requires using a full OpenEdge install bundle.
 

OPTION 1:  Use the PASOE PROD BUNDLE licenses with the PPRODAS install bunde: 
PROGRESS_OE_[ver]_[os]_PPRODAS.[tar|zip]

OPTION 2: Use the OEAG license with the full OpenEdge install media:
PROGRESS_OE_[ver]_[os].[tar|zip]

With the full package download file the installation serial and control codes for the OpenEdge Authentication Gateway will be able to find the oagcmn package and perform the product installation successfully.
