When increasing the adminserver logging level by adding -DLogLevel=5 to jvmargs property under [PluginPolicy.Progress.AdminServer] and [PluginPolicy.Progress.ProAdsv] sections in the AdminServerPlugins.properties file, the logging level remains at 3 when the AdminServer is started.

Workaround
Change the AdminServer logging level via OEE/OEM instead, which also does not require an AdminServer restart and can be adjusted on the fly:  http://localhost:9090/diagnostics/logconsole.jsp Start the AdminServer with the required logging level:
$   proadsv -start -loglevel 5
Once initialised, the required logging levels can be adjusted from the Logging Console (above).
