Those Telerik installations are Telerik Winforms Controls for developing standalone applications with Progress Developer Studio (PDSOE). These libraries are included by default and are a trial version.

If these UI controls are not used or required, they can be uninstalled through Windows control Panel or "Add or Remove Programs" System settings.

The Telerik UI Winforms Control evaluation version is not included in the OpenEdge 12.2 installer. If you want to use Telerik UI Winforms with the Progress Developer Studio for OpenEdge, download it from: https://www.telerik.com.
