Too many steps to replace existing installed licenses with RDBMS Adv Enterprise Edition

There are too many install/uninstall steps when the OE RDBMS Adv Enterprise Edition replaces existing installed licenses

When the Advanced Enterprise RDBMS (AEE RDBMS) license is installed, the Enterprise RDBMS, Multi-tenant Tables, OpenEdge TDE, Table Partitioning, OpenEdge Replication, OpenEdge Management licenses are still in the progress.cfg

When an AEE RDBMS license is installed OpenEdge Management Resource Polling is disabled

When expired licenses are replaced with the OE RDBMS Adv Enterprise Edition license, the License Update Utility does not update the individual licenses expiry date

When the AEE RDBMS replaces an Enterprise Database has been enabled for Replication, replication fails with error:
The RDBMS license on the Source machine does not match the RDBMS license on the Target machine. (13257)

It was determined that the Progress Product is functioning as designed. Refer to Article Considerations when the OE RDBMS Adv Enterprise Edition replaces existing installed licenses   

An enhancement to the product can be requested through the Progress Community via an Ideas submission. Customer feedback is valuable and Idea submissions are monitored by our Product Management team. Enhancement requests are reviewed during the planning phase of each new product release and a list of the enhancements chosen for implementation can be found in the Release Notes documents that accompany each release. Once an Idea is submitted the Progress Software Community will have the opportunity to comment on and vote for the Idea.
