prodict.pl can be found in %DLC%/src/prodict.pl. "src" is the source code directory. Do NOT use the prodict.pl from "tty" or "gui directories, those contain precompiled r-code)

Use the "%DLC%/src/extractpl.bat script to extract the prodict.pl.
As described in the script itself, usage: Run script from %DLC%\src directory and make sure that %DLC%\bin is in your PATH. Then run "extractpl <ADE pl name>"

Workaround
Notes
Starting with OpenEdge 10.0A, not all source codes are shipped on the installation media. If the src/prodict.pl is not available on the system, download it from the Community website.
