Is registration required on ESD to download "Service Packs" and "Deployment Components"?
I already have an ESD login, do I have to register for service packs and deployment components in order to get service packs and deployment components?
Do I have to register separately for "service packs" even when I have an ESD login?
Do I have to register separately for "Deployment Components" even when I have an ESD login?

Even though you may already have an ESD (Download Center) login, you will still need to register separately for service packs and deployment components. Once you have registered for these items, "Service Packs" and "Progress Deployment Components" will be added under your company downloads.
