Resolution
(1) Navigate to the database resource page and click on the Configuration link under the "Command and Control" section. Please see the following Article with detailed screenshots, under "Example 3" section:

 How to set the values for the startup parameters -Ma, -Mn and -n

(2) On the configuration page, under the "Configuration and Server Group Links" click the default server group link (servergroup.dbname.defaultconfiguration.defaultservergroup) and then click the Create button.

(3) After providing a name for the new configuration and then saving it, edit its configuration settings and select SQL only connection type. Also, enter its TCP port number to be different from the primary broker.

(4) Edit the original configuration and change its connection type to 4GL only.
