Hello. When you activate WhatsUp Gold Basic getting this message: "The license for this version of WhatsUp Gold v16.5.1 Build 2510 does not match version of WhatsUp Gold v16.5.1 Build 2510". Order number 00166854. Please help in successful activation.

    I think you will find that the reason @Robbie Kohn​ has asked you to contact support is because this is a licence issue which is something she cannot assist with and requires someone from the support team to resolve.
