I need to know the account name- using ftp-www.earthlink.net as host my E-mail as User ID and my Earthlink E-Mail acct password . I left Acct name blank -error message network down or Server not available or Host name is incorrect.
How about clicking the 'My Support' link? You can raise tickets on evaluations
Seriously....since one needs a license no which is not trial for support, where should I have posted it?
