Printer toner level, full monitor message - WUG 2017
I get an alert that says "Toner is at 25% capacity which is above the threshold set (10%),Drum Cartri..." So when I highlight the line I get some but not all of the information. Is it possible to see the entire message from a monitor to see what probe is failing? I am running 16.5 in production and don't see this alert using the default printer monitor. Probably an easy way to see the full message but I just can't seem to find it.

Thanks for the response and sorry for any lack of clarity. We are on WhatsUp Gold 2017 SP3 Build 6270. I attached a screen shot. As I can't see this entire message, I have no way of knowing which printer monitor is "down" to correct so am keeping these disabled, which obviously not what I would like. Thanks again.

Which version of 2017 are you on?
And which dashboard report are you using to see this alert? In the tail of state change log, you can expand the report than adjust the column to see the full message. That said however it appears that there is a bug in the tool tip hover in version SP3. I will make sure to write this up and get it to our development team.
You also mentioned you are running 16.5 in production and don't get this alert using the default printer monitor. I just want to ensure I'm answering the right question for the right version.
