SSH download fails, Failed to retrieve file, No such file or folder
Hi all,
Downloading files from a remote SFTP folder. There are hundreds of files in that folder and the task "Collect only new files" enabled.
Yesterday the job failed to pick up 2 files. Today it is 8 files that failed to download. Some files are downloaded, so the job seems to be working.
Anything I can do on my side?

Is it perhaps a directory parsing issue--do you see the correct filenames when you browse the remote server's directory in MOVEit?
