Alert notification whatsup gold 16.2
Hi,
I'm using Whatsup Gold ver 16.2 , I would like to know how to set Body message in email alert including the first occurred time state change to down.
Example:
1) Router change state to down on 1 Jan 2016 at 1:00 AM and up at 2:00 AM
2) set action to send email when router has been down 20 minutes
So, I would like to receive email at 1:20 AM and also display "Router down on 1 Jan 2016 at 1:00 AM"
Whether or not my request is possible? how to set ?
I did not find %variable parameter that I want to use in document manual.
You are looking at this the wrong way. Thresholds should only fire when conditions are met. When a threshold is reached you should send a message.
