When defining "source-secondary-broker-startup-arguments" in the repl.properties file, is it possible to start more than one secondary broker?

It is not possible to specify more than one broker via "source-secondary-broker-startup-arguments" in the repl.properties file.

Instead use transition-end-trigger=1, to have transition execute a shell script at the end of the transition.

Create the script file in the same directory where database lives:

File needs to be called 'transProc' on Linux systems, file needs to be called 'transProc.bat' on Windows systems

Script is run automatically by transition, if transition-end-trigger=1.

Script is automatically passed parameters (that can be accessed by script).

The values for the parameters are automatically set. 

Parameters do not necessarily need to be used but can be useful and are available.

The trigger file has five input parameters, in the following order:

- Current database name (the database the trigger is called from after transition)
- Transition status (success/failure)
- Database name (new source database name)
- Host name (host for new source database)
- Port (port name or number for database broker)

Example without input parameters, a script that will start 5 secondary brokers (supporting SQL or ABL client connections):

The script, of course, could be made smarter (gather open ports before starting brokers, check if database is source/target/non-repl before starting brokers, etc.) This is just a simple example of how it is used.
