Web Application is not getting undeployed if there are more than 1 webapps with in the same ABL application of PASOE instance

Undeploying 2nd or higher webapps from oepas1 instance undeploys from web applications but not from ABL applications. This is happening only when there are 2 or more ABL Applications with in the same/oepas1 instance and when we deploy it to the oeaps1 ABL APP. Tried from command line as well. Same issue. Tried when the oepas1 instance is online and offline. Same issue. Physical folder is getting removed from the webapps directory but not from the ablapps directory. Removing the physical folder from ablapps doesn't remove the entry in the OEM ABL Applications tab.
