"Object references between two different object scopes are not allowed" error during moving library to different provider

When an image library is moved to different storage provider (e.g. FileSystem, Azure), an error with message "Object references between two different object scopes are not allowed. The object 'Telerik.Sitefinity.Libraries.Model.Thumbnail' is already managed by 'ObjectScopeImpl 0x46 OpenAccessRuntime.EnlistableObjectScope' and was tried to be managed again by 'ObjectScopeImpl 0x44 OpenAccessRuntime.EnlistableObjectScope'." is thrown
