Defect Number

Enhancement Number

Cause

Limitation in the product till version 15.1.8326.

Resolution

Improved in version 15.1.8326. Upgrade .Net Core Renderer to at least that version.

Workaround

Remove the line:
app.UseStatusCodePagesWithReExecute("<PATH_TO_THE_ERROR_PAGES>");

add before:
app.UseRouting();
app.UseSitefinity();

the following:

app.UseWhen((context) =>
{
  var path = context.Request.Path;
  return !path.Value.StartsWith("/sitefinity/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) &&
   !path.Value.StartsWith("/restapi/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) &&
   !path.Value.StartsWith("/sf/system/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) &&
   !path.Value.StartsWith("/adminapp/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) &&
   !path.Value.StartsWith("/api/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) &&
   !path.Value.EndsWith(".axd", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) &&
   !path.Value.StartsWith("/restapi/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) &&
   !path.Value.StartsWith("/contextual-help/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) &&
   !path.Value.StartsWith("/admin-bridge/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase);
}, app =>
{
app.UseStatusCodePagesWithReExecute("<PATH_TO_THE_ERROR_PAGES>");
});

If needed, more conditions could be added.
