Cause

A possible cause of the issue is an invalid segment entry in the database. The defined personalization segments are stored in "sf_prs_criterion" table of the database.

Resolution

Run the following SQL query to identify the problematic entries:

SELECT * FROM [yourdbname].[dbo].[sf_prs_criterion]
WHERE criterion_name is NULL

In this case, the above query will display all entries with criterion_name value of Null. The criterion_name is a required field and should, by default, have a value. Set the criterion_name value to the value of the criterion_title column.

update [yourdbname].[dbo].[sf_prs_criterion]
set criterion_name = 'Cookie' --this is just an example. The value depends on what the value in criterion_title is.
where criterion_name is NULL
