We have an alert center item that will let us know when servers have less than 20% of disk space available. After upgrading to 24.0.2 build 2302 we will get the alert email but it will say "List of items(12)" for example but show only one server in the list when before it would show all the servers. not sure if this is an HTML related issue or an overall bug in the software.

When a NEW items is out of threshold, it is the only item listed in the notification even though the variable used is supposed to list ALL items still out of threshold.

Customer noted that after updating to 24.0.2 that the email notification received shows a header indicating multiple items out of threshold (12 for example) which matches the number of items in the Alert Center Dashboard. The notification however only shows the single NEW item and not All Items as it previously did.

The documentation for the %AlertCenter.Threshold.ListOfAllItems variable says it should include The list of New, Current, and Resolved items. But it is apparently only now showing new items. Alert Center Percent Variables

Customer Email shows 12 items in the header but the list only has one NEW item.

The Alert Center Dashboard actually does show all 12 items but note that the item in the email is from 1/7/2025 and the other 11 are from dates in December 2024.

Note also that the Default Alert Center Message Body is in use. see screenshot email-notification.png

Customer has confirmed that Web User Activity Log does not indicate any of the existing items have been Acknowledged which would end notification but still show them in the dashboard reports.

The exact cause is currently unknown and under investigation.

Internal testing as well as customer feedback shows this issue to be resolved in version 25.0.

Technical support can reproduce this as follows:

Threshold for Disk set to Check Every 10 minutes, if Disk Utilization is over 70% for > 20 minutes
Set to include one Device Group with one of the devices in Maintenance Mode so it would not be included in the first cycle. Note that the test Policy only includes Step 1 and Auto-Resolve. Email Notification is also using the default variables for the message body.

Took additional device in the monitored group out of Maintenance Mode.

Once the time frame was fulfilled for the threshold, I received an additional email for a NEW single item but the email header still shows List of Items(5).
