Users cannot see Folders link and Admins get Invalid Folder ID when clicking Folders

This article will only apply to systems using a Microsoft SQL back end. It was recently discovered that CLR can become corrupted on the SQL server causing errors when queries are run. If you see an issue with the Folders link as described above you will want to check the SQL server logging for errors that read "Failed to create AppDomain". If you see these errors, the only option seems to be rebooting the SQL server to clear out the corrupted memory.
