Unable to rewind or fast-forward through a resultset after executing a stored procedure using "EXEC" or "EXECUTE" with the ODBC 7.1 SQL Server Wire Protocol driver

When using "EXEC" or "EXECUTE" to execute a stored procedure, the application is unable to move back and forward through the resultset returned from the stored procedure with the ODBC 7.1 SQL Server Wire Protocol driver. This occurs whether the value of SQL_ATTR_CURSOR_TYPE is set to SQL_CURSOR_STATIC, SQL_CURSOR_KEYSET_DRIVER, or SQL_CURSOR_DYNAMIC.
