There is a field named "Economy" within the Event dynamic content type. Occasionally, when the user update this field value on the backend, the changes do not appear on the frontend after the first publish. This issue is intermittent and have not been able to consistently reproduce it. Content is created on the backend, and an index is generated based on this Event content type. On the frontend, a widget makes an API call to fetch the updated content from the index to display it. However, observed some content where the data is updated in the backend, but the frontend does not show the updated value.

It is caused by the custom codes where DynamicContentInboundPipe class has been extended to implement how the related dynamic items is indexed for search.

1. Update the method for example in EventContentInboundPipe.cs (the class that inherited from DynamicContentInboundPipe) to add a fallback to read the direct field value when no related items exist.

2. Ensure the custom field's Title always written as a normalized string (comma-separated) and update the pipeline to stop filtering related custom field items by Visible/Live at index time.

3. Recycle the application pool and reindex the Event index.

4. Test by creating a new Event item and publishing it only once. Verify that the changes are reflected on the frontend page.
