Resolution

Until the fix is available, use the workaround below.

Workaround

1. Go to ResourcePackages > { package name } > MVC > Views > SubscribeForm
2. In the SubscribeForm.SubscribeForm.cshtml, modify the BeginFormSitefinity to:

@using (Html.BeginFormSitefinity(true))

3. Include the custom action filter (ShouldProcessActionFilter) from the article's attachments in the project
4. Add the following code in the Global.asax in order to register the custom action filter

protected void Application_Start(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
    Bootstrapper.Initialized += this.Bootstrapper_Initialized;
}

private void Bootstrapper_Initialized(object sender, Telerik.Sitefinity.Data.ExecutedEventArgs e)
{
    if (e.CommandName == "Bootstrapped")
    {
        GlobalFilters.Filters.Add(new ShouldProcessActionFilter());
    }
}

5. Build the project
