This article describes an issue that can cause MOVEit Transfer to become unavailable repeatedly throughout the day. Affected environments may experience application pool crashes, interrupted file transfers, and recurring outages that require administrative intervention before service can be restored. A common cause is excessive concurrent activity from highly privileged user accounts.
