How to change the color of a tooltip on a button in an infragistics UltraGrid?

The application uses tooltips on buttons embedded in Infragistics UltraGrid rows.  There is an UltraToolTipManager control added to the form to provide tooltips.  But how can the tooltips be used with the UltraGrid embedded button, and how can the tooltip colour be changed from the default?

Define UltraGrid MouseEnterElement and MouseLeaveElement event handlers to view and hide the tooltip as the mouse is moved over the button.  For example:
