File Transfer Fails with Timeout Error During Large Uploads from Azure Logic App SFTP-SSH Connector.

Uploads to MOVEit Transfer using the Azure Logic App SFTP-SSH connector may fail with error 2092 ("file already exists") when chunked uploads are enabled. This occurs because the connector creates temporary .ms.partial and .ms.partial.ms.lock files, which MOVEit treats as ordinary files. When the connector tries to append to an existing .ms.partial file, MOVEit rejects the upload. To resolve this, disable chunked uploads in the connector or set the chunk size larger than the file size to force single-stream uploads. Clean up any leftover .ms.partial and .ms.partial.ms.lock files after failed attempts.
