Data from form responses are synced to Sitefinity Insight (DEC) as contacts when submitting a new form (FormEntryCreatedEvent). Is there a way to sync data from form responses to contacts in Sitefinity Insight (DEC) when updating the form response (FormEntryUpdatedEvent)?

1. Create a new class (e.g. FormEntryUpdatedTrackingHandler) that inherits from InteractionsTrackingHandlerBase<IFormEntryUpdatedEvent> and implement the ComposeInteractions method
The below sample creates a new instance of the FormEntryCreatedEvent and copies the data from the FormEntryUpdatedEvent. The default implementation for syncing data is used by calling the ComposeInteractions method of the FormEntrySubmittedTrackingHandler.

2. Build the project
3. Register the custom handler by going to Administration > Settings > Advanced > DigitalExperienceCloudConnector > ServerHandlers and create a new handler with the following parameters:

HandlerTypeName: SitefinityWebApp.FormEntryUpdatedTrackingHandler (or the full namespace of the handler if it is changed)
Enabled: checked
Name: Updated form
Group: Forms

4. Restart the application

As a result, data will be mapped when the FormEntryUpdatedEvent is raised.

Note: After a number of form responses are received and contacts are created in Sitefinity Insight (DEC), if an administrator or a content editor modifies a certain form response in the backend, the contact information will be combined. For example:

- User 1 submits the form and contact information is created.
- User 2 submits the form and contact information is created.

The content editor goes to the backend and modifies the form responses for user 1 and user 2. As a result, the contact information in Sitefinity Insight (DEC) will be combined, as it will consider that the forms are coming from the same contact (the content editor)
