Resolution

The attachment to the article is a WebForm that programmatically deletes all images from the Recycle Bin from all sites in a multisite Sitefinity CMS project.

using System;
using System.Linq;
using System.Web.UI;
using Telerik.Sitefinity.RecycleBin;

namespace SitefinityWebApp.ClientsStuff
{
    public partial class DeleteImagesFromRecycleBin : Page
    {
        protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            IRecycleBinManager recycleBinItemsManager = RecycleBinManagerFactory.GetManager();

            IQueryable<IRecycleBinDataItem> recycleBinItems = recycleBinItemsManager
                .GetRecycleBinItems()
                .Where(x => x.DeletedItemTypeName == "Telerik.Sitefinity.Libraries.Model.Image");

            foreach (var recycleBinItem in recycleBinItems)
            {
                recycleBinItemsManager.Delete(recycleBinItem);
                recycleBinItemsManager.SaveChanges();
            }
        }
    }
}

Note that in the code above the query gets the images by their type. Currently, set to "Telerik.Sitefinity.Libraries.Model.Image". For example, if the images are uploaded as Document and Files the query will return an empty collection as queryable. The type can be changed to point to the desired type of a content, for example, to point to "Telerik.Sitefinity.Libraries.Model.Document".
