An error is thrown during upgrade right after performing the Performance Optimization process from Sitefinity version below version 6.0 to a version higher than 6.0

The error "Telerik.Sitefinity.Security.Data.StaticRoot, Telerik.Sitefinity was not granted ChangeConfigurations in Backend for principals with IDs 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000" is thrown during upgrade right after performing the Performance Optimization process, from Sitefinity version lower than 6.0 to a version higher than 6.0.
