    I'm evaluating Telerik Sitefinity. Now I have a question:

    Does Sitefinity include a 'support ticket system' module? I've not found this feature in the product features list/documentation.

    There is no ticketing system module that we will ship with Sitefinity 4.0. You should create a custom one if you decide to use Sitefinity as your CMS.

    Thank you for your response.

    I think a simple support ticketing system will increase value of Sitefinity, as many businesses need online support center for their customers.

    Hope a simple support ticketing system will be added to new versions of Sitefinity.

    You guys already have a Ticket System set up for License holders can you show us how that is set up?  It is basic and it suits my needs just fine.

    We have, but it is not based on Sitefinity and it is not something trivial that we could explain or describe in a few sentences. Also this is an absolutely custom system and it is not distributable in any way.
