Yes, the checkbox is still there, but urls with spaces in them still don't work. The problem is that AllowMultipleUrls is no longer available under Administration -> Settings -> Advanced -> ContentView -> Controls -> FrontendPages -> Views -> FrontendPagesCreate -> Sections -> AdvancedOptionsSection -> Fields, so there is no longer a place to change the regular expression to allow for spaces in redirect urls according to the above instructions.
