program manager changed form http to https

Hi

   When i click on the url field in the project manager, it popup chrome and browse to https, but it should be http. Is it a bug?

You might need to clear your HSTS in chorme most likely as you have run some other site localhost HTTPS.  www.thesslstore.com/.../
