Rollbase inaccessible - 12-Aug-2014

  • Since this morning, I cannot connect to Rollbase hosted cloud. When trying to access the login page, it show this:

  • Same for me.

  • And it show this when trying to access the support link portal:

    "Internal Server Error - Read

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  • Romain,

    Could you open a support case so that our Support team could immediately investigate this further?

  • Hello, sadly I cannot cannect to the support link portal (for support cases) because the following error appears:

  • Its working for me. I can access the www.rollbase.com also can create application/mobile applications.

  • Still not working for me.

    And you are Progress Employee – so authentication may work differently for you.

  • There are issues for customers outside Progress when opening cases, logging in to Rollbase, etc.

    IT is looking at this at the moment.
