When OE Management alerts on a SYSTEM ERROR the date and time stamp on the alert is the date and time the error was discovered, not the date and time the error was actually logged. This means you have to do some work within the logfile to work out what error this alert refers to and whether or not we're bothered, particularly out of hours. 

Please could the alert be enhanced to include the actual date and time the error was raised, and maybe also the error number so it's easier to decide whether or not to wake up at 4am!
