This is for a customer.
The Web Console can monitor other Corticon Servers. But no rights authentication or access rights is required to connect to other Corticon Servers. So in theory, by having Web Console installed I could connect to a production Corticon Server and undeploy all decision services.
This is planned for Corticon 5.6. In 5.6 we will be updating Corticon to support HTTPS to a Corticon server. You'll be able to configure the server for container based end point security; effectively saying what roles you need to execute a decision service or perform admin operations. The Web Console will be enhanced to optionally authenticate against any server you add.
