OpenEdge Management Database Restore job

Trying to use OEM database restore job but it fails to find my backup file, taken with OEM database backup job!
I get the error message:

1. Fri Dec 20 14:23:51 2019 Starting Restore Job
2. Fri Dec 20 14:23:51 2019 Restore device /db/utv8/winsure/sure_db.bak/winsure.bk does not exist. Cannot continue with restore!

I'm positive that the file existst and is readable.

Any ideas?
