Visual Designer is Opening a Blank Canvas

Hi.

Using OE 11.7.1 and Windows 10.

It seems that I can no longer open a form in the Visual Designer. It just opens a blank canvas. The class is opened because I can toggle back and forth between view source/view design. The Visual Designer appears to be running as well because the Toolbox widget is visible.

Steps:

New empty Workspace.

New OE Project (chose Gui for .Net type).

Open the default Form1.cls.

Nothing but a blank canvas.

I tried creating my a new form but the results are the same. 

Anyone else experience this?

WIN 10 creators update? If so I think I had to turn on run as administrator and override high res dpi on the shortcut

This is a known bug with Visual Designer when running on Windows 10 Creators Update. Closing the form and opening it again should make it visible.

Matt, I tried closing and re-opening but the results were the same.

no worries...I did not find either. I opened call with PTS and Roberta sent that to me!!

Great!! I was testing the update and can't find out what was the problem...

And indeed I also searched the kbase and didn't find the article.
