OpenEdge 11.6.3 PAS - Web Application View is empty

Hello,

I'm having some problems configuring the PAS on OpenEdge 11.6.3. I created a new pas instance and installed

oemanager, manager, oeabl. The default ROOT app is installed too, but under

Hi Lars,
 
Can you please check the following command from Proenv command prompt and tell us what is the response you are getting?
Proenv>pas408/bin/tcman.bat list -u <username>:<password>
 
Also check for any error messages in admserv.log under $DLCWRK and oemanager<date>.log under $DLCWRK\pas408\logs folder.

Hi Sanjeev,

I'm getting the message:

the manager application network port 8910 is not open

pas408 port definitions:

http: 8910

https: 8911

shutdown: 8912

pas-url: localhost:8910/oemanager or localhost:8911/oemanager results in the message, that 8910 is not open.

Hi Lars,
 
If you are behind the firewall, you may need to open all the ports (in your case 8910, 8911, 8912) you have given for pas server configuration.

Hi Sanjeev,

everything is running on the same machine, however that does not help.

As soon as the webapp "manager" gets deployed/installed I'm getting "the manager application network port .. is not open". But I can call localhost:<port>/manager and manage all installed applications.

If I remove the webapp "manager" I get "OK - Listing directories %wrk%/pas408/webapps" but no directories.

In any case, Resources / OpenEdgePacific / Application Server / pas408 / Manage Web Applications

is empty.
