Please upgrade to Corticon 220.127.116.11 to avoid this exception and overcome this limitation on the number of attributes for an entity
Having this large a number of attributes is not recommended. From a design perspective your rule projects will be more manageable if you group the attributes into different entities and then associated those with higher level entities.
That said, I think this is an issue which was addressed in 18.104.22.168. In 5.3.1 we made a change to code generation to address java compilation with very large numbers of attributes.
For reference this is issue PSC00281140: Fixed an issue where Corticon vocabularies with entities with a large number of attributes (>400) would fail to compile business object listeners in the Deployment Console.
You may want to contact support for access to the HF and then test with it to see if it addresses your issue.
