PRTG has not been Certified with OpenEdge and we have no plans to do so. Progress supplies OpenEdge Management for this purpose
The PRTG Database Monitor doesn't support Progress OpenEdge databases, in fact appears to be only the various SQL flavors of databases. Then again there appear to be some quite useful OS, Network and cloud Monitoring included which the OpenEdge framework would be using.
Since PRTG monitoring software allows monitoring via SNMP (

OESNMP provides a set of utilities to expose information about OpenEdge Appservers, Databases and related infrastructure to Monitoring systems supporting SNMP.
OESNMP isavailable at
https://github.com/jankeirse/oesnmp and could probably be used to integrate with PRTG
