Question/Problem Description
OpenEdge 10.2B06 AppBuilder is very slow to open after installing Windows 10 Creators update.
Open an OpenEdge 10.2B06 Appbuilder on the Windows 10 (Creator update 1703) takes around 3 minutes.
CPU usage for OpenEdge Grahical Client while waiting to open is 95-99%.
After AppBuilder opens CPU drops to 20-35%.
Because the AppBuilder takes so long to open, it may appear not to be opening at all.
