Contact your ESD Administrator to obtain ESD access for your Progress ID user account.
If you've forgotten your ESD credentials, you can
Retrieve Progress ID Username or
Reset Progress ID Password from the ESD landing page under
"Account Options" with your registered corporate email address:
www.progress.com/esd If you do not have an ESD account or do not know your ESD Account Administrator or Progress ID username and/or login credentials, contact Customer Service (Customer Order Management):
https://www.progress.com/support/customer-self-service/contact-com or send an inquiry to com-global@progress.com. Customer Service will review your current Account Detail entitlements and will provide you with a temporary replacement. This will serve as your password until you change it from within the system.
