Error Message	Secure Socket Layer (SSL) failure. error code 0: Unknown SSL error (9318) Connection failure for host myhost port 443 transport HTTPS. (9407) Error loading WSDL document https://my/WSDL/document : Fatal Error: connect operation failed (Error 0) (11748) Could not connect.

Cause

As part of the POODLE fix the default cipher suite of the OpenEdge Web Service client has been changed from RC4-MD5,RC4-SHA to AES128-SHA.

Resolution
