Error Message	AI file cannot be used with this database. (508) Invalid block size in AI extent header found 16384, expected 8192 (505) Invalid block size in AI file found <blocksize>, expected <blocksize> (504)

Cause

The database from which the AI files originates has a different AI blocksize than the AI blocksize the destination database is expecting. When the AI blocksize is changed on the production database, ai files generated from this point on can only be rolled forward against a copy of the database with the same aiblocksize stored in the masterblock.

Resolution

Since the ai blocksize expected by restored database must match the live database, the roll forward baseline needs to be re-established with either a new probkup or a previous backup that was taken AFTER the ai blocksize was changed on the originating database.
