PROMON Status: Database Service Manager Menu was enhanced beyond the Database Service Manager (PICA) Message Entries for additional diagnostics:
 
In 10.2B05, "Service Latch Holder"
In 10.2B08, 11.2, "Used HighWater Mark", "Area Filled Count","Access Count" and "Access Collisions"
 
To see this information, 
Start a PROMON session against the Replication enabled source database.
From the PROMON main menu, enter R&D, then select 1. Status Displays, then 16. Database Service Manager
