1. Download the standard service pack for the required 10.2 version.
2. Install the service pack into your development environment. The WebClient deployment files end up at the following location after installing the service pack: <OE_Install_Dir>\webinstall\webclient\web_image
3. Edit the new bootstrap and the webclient.htm files with the proper file paths as the previous files.
4. Generate a new version of the cab files using the WebClient Application Assembler and change the WebClient version to reflect the patch level.
The new prowcapc file will reflect the new version of WebClient and the current end users should update automatically the next time they run the WebClient application.
