Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Database has been enabled as a cluster resource
The user executing the remote proshut has access to the remote machine and permissions to shutdown the database
Remote shutdown has not been disabled with the -normtshutdown database startup parameter
Database started with -S parameter to allow remote connections
Error MessageShutdown request denied because you are an invalid user, remote shutdown is not allowed, or the database is enabled for Failover Clusters. (12566)
